SSC GD Constable Exam Process 2023

The SC GD 2023 Exam notification will be released soon by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The SSC's General Duty notification mentions all the important eligibility conditions, vacancies, syllabus, and exam pattern. The exact dates related to the exam will be mentioned on the official SSC GD notification 2023. Candidates can plan their preparation as per the dates of the exam because the SSC GD exam has very nominal eligibility criteria. The candidates prepare for multiple exams and hence they need to prepare for a particle exam as per its timeline. Exam dates help the candidates to plan in a better way.

The recruitment process for SSC GD Constable comprises CBE, PET, PST and Medical Exam. All those candidates who successfully apply for the exam are required to appear for the CBE. The exam will now last one hour rather than the previous 90 minutes. The maximum marks have now increased to 160 from 100. The number of questions has been reduced from 100 to 80, and the marks allotted to one question have been increased from one to two marks. As a result, the negative marking for incorrect answers increased from 0.25 to 0.50. The candidates need to qualify for all the stages of the SSC GD exam to finally get selected in the final result. In PET/PST, candidates will be assessed based on their height parameters.
